How does it works?

The chef comes to your place!!! The rules of the cooking class for all are to realize a starter or a main course following your tastes and desires.
Classes takes 2:30 in your place of residence.
Every workshop requires a minimum equipment for the realization (oven, fridge, freezer….)
Here are the suggestions which we can make together:
- Tomatoes buratta basil chive and Tartar of sea bream, guacamole
- Mille-feuille of tomatoes and caviar of eggplant
- Scampi in tempura, citrus fruits Vinaigrette
- Cream of pea, soft-boiled egg, chips of bacon and Parmesan cheese
- Paved by cod in a pastry case of pesto, rice vénèré
- Knuckle of lamb candied in the rosemary, sundried tomatoes in mixed herbs
- Spiny lobster grilled in spices, mash of sweet potato
- Red mullet filet on black tapenade, vegetables of the garden
- Caramelized Spare rib, Provençal tian
The basic ingredients are supplied by us as the butter, the eggs, the flour, and fresh products and specific equipments to the recipe also.
You can be alone or in several, according to your desire, to share with your friend this workshop (max 3 pers). A unique and adapted course, which will remain an unforgettable moment!
